About the Role
Job Title: Head of Creator Outreach & Development Job Type: Full-time / Remote Work Hours: US Hours
Job Overview: Our client is seeking a Head of Creator Outreach & Development to build, lead, and scale a high-performing creator acquisition and development engine. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and growing a network of creators who consistently produce high-performing, conversion-driven content across short-form platforms, while contributing to scalable systems, team development, and revenue growth.
You will own the full lifecycle of creator engagement—from outreach and recruitment to coaching, performance management, and retention—while building the systems and team required to operate at scale.
Responsibilities: Creator Acquisition & Outreach
Build and scale high-volume outbound systems to source and recruit creators Develop repeatable processes for identifying, qualifying, and onboarding talent Continuously test and optimize outreach strategies to improve conversion rates
Creator Development
Coach creators on content strategy, hooks, and performance-driven creative Establish feedback loops to improve output quality and consistency Identify high-potential creators and invest in their long-term growth
Systems & Operations
Design and implement scalable workflows, tools, and tracking systems Build infrastructure to manage large volumes of creators efficiently Leverage tools (e.g., Euka or similar) to streamline sourcing and outreach
Performance Management
Track key metrics (e.g., content output, engagement, CPA, ROAS) Analyze performance data to inform creator strategy and optimization Align creator output with business and revenue goals
Team Leadership
Hire, train, and manage a team focused on outreach and creator success Set clear KPIs and accountability structures across the team Foster a high-performance, execution-focused culture
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with media buying and creative strategy teams to align on winning content Ensure creators are producing assets that meet performance requirements Bridge the gap between creators and internal growth teams
Must-Have Skills
