Must-Have Skills
- Proven experience managing Shopify-based e-commerce stores
- Hands-on experience with Replo (drag-and-drop landing page builder)
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles
- Experience implementing A/B testing tools (e.g., Intelligems)
- Ability to execute website updates, landing pages, and product pages independently
- Familiarity with Shopify app ecosystem (upsells, bundles, subscriptions)
- Basic knowledge of GDPR compliance and international store setup
- Experience working in lean, fast-paced startup environments
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Shopify Liquid (ability to make light code edits, customize templates, and troubleshoot without a developer)
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Experience in DTC consumer brands, ideally lifestyle or home products
- Exposure to Amazon or omnichannel e-commerce environments
- Experience with email/SMS lifecycle marketing tools (Klaviyo, Postscript, etc.)
- Experience supporting international expansion (UK/EU markets)
Tools & Tech Stack
- Pure developers with no interest in hands-on execution
- Candidates without Replo experience
- Strategy-only profiles with no execution capability
- Agency-only backgrounds without operator ownership
- No hands-on Shopify experience
