About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven DTC Integrated Marketing Associate to support the rollout of marketing initiatives across the UK and EU. This role is perfect for someone early to mid-career who thrives in execution, enjoys working across multiple teams, and can help bring integrated campaigns to life across different markets.

You'll play a key role in ensuring global (US-led) campaigns are effectively implemented regionally, while also supporting local market activations and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of marketing initiatives across UK and EU markets
  • Assist in implementing US-led integrated campaigns across regional markets, ensuring alignment and localization
  • Help coordinate key marketing projects including campaigns, product launches, promotions, and GWP (Gift With Purchase) activations
  • Partner with Brand teams to support local initiatives and market-specific activations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, brand, and performance teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Track campaign performance and assist in reporting, insights, and optimization
  • Work closely with the Media & Performance Lead to translate strategy into actionable deliverables

Must-Have Skills

  • 1–3+ years of experience in marketing
  • campaign coordination
  • or project management (DTC or eCommerce preferred)
  • Basic understanding of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and eCommerce channels
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow through on execution
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced
  • cross-functional environment
  • Analytical mindset with interest in campaign performance and reporting

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in DTC
  • eCommerce
  • or consumer brands (beauty
  • fashion
  • retail
  • etc.)
  • Exposure to multi-market or international campaign execution
  • Familiarity with promotional campaigns such as GWP activations
  • Experience working with global teams
