About the Role
Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Creative Lead to drive and execute high-performing creative across all marketing channels. This is a hybrid role requiring both strategic leadership and direct execution. The ideal candidate has strong eCommerce experience and is equally comfortable leading creative direction and producing assets (video + static) themselves.
Key Responsibilities Own and lead creative strategy across paid media, landing pages, and lifecycle marketing Conceptualize, produce, and iterate high-converting creatives (video, static, UGC-style ads) Personally execute video editing and graphic design for ad creatives Translate performance data into actionable creative improvements Collaborate closely with media buyers to align on testing strategy and scaling winners Build and maintain a consistent, high-performing brand identity across channels Manage and optimize creative workflows for speed and output volume Stay ahead of trends in eCommerce, paid social, and short-form content
Requirements Mandatory: Proven experience in eCommerce (DTC brands preferred) Strong portfolio demonstrating both video editing and graphic design capabilities Hands-on experience creating high-performing ads for Meta, TikTok, or similar platforms Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or equivalent Deep understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and how creative impacts results Ability to balance creative direction with execution under tight deadlines Experience working with UGC-style content and creator assets
Nice to Have Experience in betting, gaming, or sports-related industries Background in fast-scaling eCommerce brands or performance marketing agencies Experience leading or mentoring junior creatives
Success in This Role Produces and scales creatives that consistently improve performance metrics Operates as both a strategic leader and a high-output individual contributor Drives creative that directly contributes to revenue growth
