About the Role
We're looking for a highly skilled Video Editor who can transform raw footage, concepts, and scripts into high-converting, scroll-stopping content across paid media channels. This role requires both strong editing fundamentals and motion design capabilities.
Note: This is not an entry-level position. You'll be expected to work independently, think strategically, and take full ownership of creative output and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce direct-response video ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google
- Edit UGC-style content that feels native, authentic, and conversion-focused
- Create and optimize Video Sales Letters (VSLs) for landing pages and funnels
- Develop motion graphics and animated creatives
- Apply best practices in pacing, captions, sound design, and pattern interrupts
- Continuously iterate creatives based on performance data and platform trends
