About the Role

FULL TIME REMOTE Position: TikTok Shop Manager (2–3 Years Experience) Type of contract: Independent contractor Working Hours: M-F 🌎 Work from any corner of the world and be a part of the #remoteworkrevolution!! Scope of the Role As a TikTok Shop Manager, you will be responsible for managing and scaling the brand’s presence on TikTok Shop. This includes overseeing product listings, coordinating campaigns, managing creators/affiliates, and optimizing performance to drive revenue growth. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution. Duties and responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of TikTok Shop, including product listings, inventory coordination, and promotions Launch and optimize TikTok Shop campaigns to drive sales and improve conversion rates Collaborate with creators, affiliates, and influencers to grow the TikTok Shop ecosystem Monitor performance metrics (GMV, CVR, AOV, ROAS) and continuously optimize strategies Coordinate with media buying and creative teams to align campaigns with paid efforts Identify trends, viral opportunities, and product-market fit within TikTok Manage pricing, discounts, and promotional calendars within TikTok Shop Troubleshoot operational issues related to orders, fulfillment, and platform compliance Stay up to date with TikTok Shop features, algorithm updates, and best practices Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in eCommerce, social commerce, or marketplace management Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop (directly or via agencies/brands) Strong understanding of TikTok ecosystem, trends, and content dynamics Experience working with creators, affiliates, or influencer campaigns Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on performance metrics Familiarity with DTC brands, especially in beauty, fashion, or consumer goods Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
