Title: Marketing & Content Growth Specialist (LinkedIn, Email Marketing, Content Repurposing & AI-Powered Execution) Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Company We are a fast-growing B2B SaaS company building software for e-commerce brands selling on TikTok Shop. Our platform helps brands and agencies scale their creator partnerships and social commerce growth more effectively.

Backed by Y Combinator and having recently raised a seed round, we are entering a major growth phase. With nearly 20 team members and over 1,000 brands already using our platform, marketing is becoming a core growth lever for the company. We are now hiring a highly execution-focused Marketing & Content Growth Specialist to help us scale our presence across our highest-priority channels, improve content velocity, and strengthen our market presence.

About the Role This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary marketing role focused on executing and scaling key marketing initiatives across LinkedIn, email marketing, content repurposing, and organic brand growth.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to turn expertise into content, content into attention, and attention into pipeline. You will work directly with the founders to execute on existing successful channels while helping explore and test new growth opportunities.

This is not a passive coordination role. We are looking for someone who can own execution, think strategically, research independently, and bring new ideas to the table.

Core Responsibilities

  1. LinkedIn Growth & Thought Leadership Support

(Highest Priority) LinkedIn is currently our strongest marketing channel. You will help expand and strengthen both founder-led and company-led LinkedIn marketing efforts.

Responsibilities: ● Support founder-led thought leadership content development ● Research relevant industry trends, conversations, and competitor content ● Assist in drafting and refining high-performing LinkedIn posts ● Repurpose product updates into educational LinkedIn content ● Manage company LinkedIn content strategy and posting cadence ● Support webinar promotion and event marketing on LinkedIn ● Track content performance and identify patterns in engagement

  1. Email Marketing & Lifecycle Campaigns

(High Priority) Email performs well for us but needs stronger ownership and consistency. Responsibilities: ● Build and execute email campaigns ● Write high-converting email content ● Create nurture sequences and product education flows ● Segment audiences for targeted campaigns ● A/B test subject lines, CTAs, and content formats ● Improve open rates, CTR, and conversion rates ● Support product marketing email campaigns

  1. Long-Form to Short-Form Content Repurposing

(High Priority) Our founders regularly participate in podcasts, webinars, and long-form content opportunities. We need someone who can turn those assets into high-performing content. Responsibilities: ● Review podcast and webinar recordings ● Identify high-impact clips and moments ● Edit long-form content into short-form social assets ● Repurpose content into multiple formats: ○ TikTok clips ○ LinkedIn clips ○ Instagram Reels ○ Product snippets ● Create content distribution workflows ● Maintain content velocity across channels Experience with Opus Clip or similar tools is highly preferred.

  1. Social Media Expansion

We are a TikTok Shop company and need stronger presence across social channels. Responsibilities: ● Build and manage content calendars ● Publish across: ○ LinkedIn ○ Instagram ○ TikTok ● Test content formats and messaging ● Improve reach, engagement, and follower growth ● Monitor trends and adapt content strategy

  1. Product Marketing Support

You will work closely with the product team to communicate features clearly to customers. Responsibilities: ● Translate product updates into marketable content ● Create feature-launch messaging ● Support product announcement campaigns ● Create product education content ● Improve positioning clarity across channels

  1. SEO & Content Visibility Support

Not necessarily full ownership, but oversight and strategic support. Responsibilities: ● Conduct keyword research ● Identify content opportunities ● Support SEO content planning ● Review competitor SEO strategies ● Coordinate with external SEO providers if applicable Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) is a plus.

  1. AI-Powered Marketing Execution

(Important) AI fluency is part of our company culture. We want someone who understands how to use AI for speed, efficiency, and better output — without sounding robotic. Responsibilities: ● Use AI for research and idea generation ● Use AI to improve content workflows ● Use AI tools for editing and repurposing ● Use AI for content planning and campaign support ● Build efficient systems using AI tools Must understand where AI helps and where human refinement is required.

Ideal Candidate Profile Required Experience ● 2–5+ years in content marketing, growth marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing ● Strong experience with LinkedIn marketing (personal brand or company page growth) ● Strong email marketing experience ● Experience repurposing long-form content into short-form assets ● Strong copywriting skills ● Strong content strategy understanding ● Strong competitor research and market research ability ● Experience with audience research and content planning ● Comfortable working directly with founders ● Startup experience or startup mindset
