CRO Specialist (Conversion Rate Optimization) –
The Role
We’re looking for a CRO Specialist who is obsessed with data, user behavior, and continuous experimentation. You’ll own the end-to-end optimization of our funnels—from landing pages to checkout—driving measurable improvements in conversion rates, AOV, and revenue.
This role is perfect for someone who combines analytical thinking with creative problem-solving and thrives in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
Key Responsibilities Conversion Optimization & Testing -Develop and execute a structured A/B testing roadmap across landing pages, PDPs, and checkout flows -Analyze user behavior using heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel data -Identify friction points and opportunities to improve conversion rates
Landing Page & Funnel Optimization -Collaborate with design and development teams to build and iterate high-converting landing pages -Optimize product pages (PDPs), collections, and checkout experiences -Improve site speed, UX/UI, and mobile responsiveness
Data Analysis & Insights -Monitor key metrics (CVR, AOV, bounce rate, LTV, CAC) and translate data into actionable insights -Use tools like Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, and CRO platforms to inform decisions -Build reports and dashboards to track experiment performance
Customer Behavior & Research -Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (surveys, polls, user testing) -Develop hypotheses based on customer psychology and buying behavior -Leverage voice-of-customer data to inform optimization strategies
Cross-Functional Collaboration -Work closely with Media Buyers, Creative Strategists, and Developers -Align landing pages with ad creatives and messaging for consistency and performance -Support product launches and campaigns with optimized funnels
Requirements 2–5+ years of experience in CRO, growth, or performance marketing (preferably in DTC/ecommerce) Proven track record of improving conversion rates and revenue through testing Strong experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., VWO, Convert, Optimizely, Google Optimize alternatives) Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify, Looker, etc.) Experience with Shopify and landing page builders (e.g., Replo, Webflow, Shogun) Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and customer journey mapping Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tests based on impact and effort
Nice to Have Experience with copywriting for high-converting pages Familiarity with HTML/CSS or working closely with developers Knowledge of retention and lifecycle optimization (email/SMS flows) Experience in subscription or high-AOV products
