About the Role
We're looking for a TikTok Customer Service Associate to maintain customer satisfaction while adhering to brand policies and procedures. In this role, you will serve as the primary connection to customers, responding to and resolving all inquiries while contributing to overall brand satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Respond to all inquiries for TikTok customers through the Seller Center Platform
- Escalate any complaints or necessary inquiries to the Director
- Manage and monitor all TikTok return requests
- Manage and monitor all TikTok orders and fulfillments
- Maintain brand knowledge and products via trainings
- Provide excellent customer service while striving for 100% satisfaction and brand retention

Must-Have Skills
- At least 2 years of experience with TikTok customer service
- Familiarity with TikTok Seller Center platform
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly empathetic
