Pashion is a profitable growth startup based in California that is breaking out in the footwear industry with our empowerment-focused brand and disruptive product. We are expanding our team and are looking for a creative & charismatic Graphic Designer to join us. This role will report directly to Pashion's Senior Content Manager, and will work collaboratively across the broader marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking. This is a remote position so you can be based anywhere - we care most that you are a driven self-starter, love the product and the brand, are a great culture fit and are always ready for a challenge. You also must like startup culture, fashion ecommerce, and be a total high heel fanatic - of course. What You’ll Do: ● Develop creative assets with strong strategic & conceptual foundations ● Pursue and maintain an exceptional level of craft with the highest design standards and attention to detail, across typography, layout, print and digital ● Uphold consistent execution of the brand guidelines across assets ● Work collaboratively as a member of the Marketing team, focused on functional, delightful, beautiful user experiences across all brand touchpoints ● Design and deliver all launch creative through each stage - emails, ads, organic social, site and print assets associated with a product launch or campaign ● Present work thoughtfully and confidently to cross-functional teams ● Generate ideas quickly, to experiment and seek to push creative boundaries You Are: ● Autonomous & self-motivated ● Willing to work on anything, no ego ● Highly flexible & adaptable to challenges ● Can balance the micro & macro ● Curious, energetic, creative, positive & enthusiastic ● Relentlessly driven, always learning and gaining new skills ● Collaborative & a team player Requirements: ● 2+ experience in graphic design ● Prior e-commerce/fashion industry experience preferred ● Ability to work on either PST or EST schedule ● A high level of skills in design programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) ● A strong interest in brand identify & art direction ● An ability to create, develop and maintain templates, design systems and brand guidelines ● An ability to successfully work on multiple projects at once ● A high-end, editorial design aesthetic, with great attention to detail ● An ability to work in a fast-paced, high-productivity environment with tight deadlines ● Motion graphics and front-end development experience a plus ● Love for high heels!
