We’re looking for a highly talented and experienced Associate Industrial Designer to join our collaborative team. In this role, you’ll help shape the future of our product line by driving innovation, improving user experience, and creating thoughtful, functional, and visually compelling designs.

Key Responsibilities Design & Product Concept Development -Develop innovative product concepts from initial briefs through refined 2D and 3D models -Translate functional requirements, brand aesthetics, and user needs into manufacturable product designs -Create compelling visualizations and prototypes using CAD and rendering tools
Technical Documentation & Production Specifications -Prepare detailed drawings, CAD files, and technical specifications for manufacturing -Clearly communicate design intent, materials, dimensions, finishes, and tolerances to production partners -Support efficient and accurate product development workflows
User Experience Research -Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, testing, and product feedback -Analyze customer insights to identify usability issues and improvement opportunities -Apply research findings to enhance product functionality and user satisfaction
Product Improvement & Innovation -Evaluate existing products for opportunities in usability, performance, aesthetics, and cost optimization -Use customer feedback, competitive analysis, and market trends to drive continuous improvement -Collaborate cross-functionally to align product innovation with brand standards and business goals
