About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Wholesale Operations Coordinator to support and scale our growing retail and wholesale business. This role sits at the intersection of sales, operations, and retail marketing, ensuring that our brand shows up seamlessly across all retail partners.
You will play a critical role in managing day-to-day wholesale operations, supporting promotional execution, and building systems that improve visibility and performance across accounts.
Responsibilities
Wholesale Operations
- Serve as a key liaison between sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Maintain and create systems to track deadlines as it relates to retail needs (promotions, new launches, etc.)
- Identify and resolve operational issues proactively
Retail Marketing & Promotions
- Support execution of retail marketing initiatives and promotional calendars
- Coordinate product launches, in-store activations, and seasonal campaigns
- Ensure all retail partners are aligned with brand standards and timelines
- Track promotional performance and provide insights
Data, Reporting & Systems
- Build and maintain dashboards to track wholesale performance and KPIs
- Organize and manage data using Notion and Google Sheets
- Leverage AI tools to streamline retail forms
- Deliver weekly and monthly reports with clear insights and recommendations
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in wholesale, retail operations, or sales support
- Strong understanding of retail marketing and promotional calendars
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Operational mindset with the ability to manage multiple moving parts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Notion, Google Sheets, and dashboard creation
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and workflows
- Strong interest in retail, beauty, and brand building
- Someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- A systems thinker who loves building structure and clarity
- A proactive problem solver who doesn't wait to be told what to fix
- A team player with a genuine interest in retail marketing and brand execution
