We're looking for a creative and data-obsessed marketer to own the channel that speaks directly to our most engaged audience: email.

About the Role

As our Email Marketing Specialist, you will be the architect of our customer inbox strategy. You will be responsible for building and executing email and SMS campaigns that drive engagement, foster loyalty, and accelerate revenue growth. This role is perfect for a hands-on marketer who is equal parts creative storyteller and analytical optimizer, passionate about turning subscribers into lifelong fans.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: End-to-end execution of our email and SMS marketing calendar, including promotional campaigns, lifecycle automations, and brand storytelling initiatives
  • Lifecycle Strategy: Build, monitor, and optimize automated flows (Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Win-Back) to guide customers through their journey
  • List Growth & Health: Develop and implement strategies to grow our subscriber list while maintaining excellent list health and deliverability
  • Segmentation & Personalization: Leverage customer data to segment audiences and create hyper-personalized content that increases engagement and conversion rates
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct rigorous A/B tests on subject lines, creative, CTAs, and send times to continuously improve performance and drive key metrics
  • Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversion, revenue) to derive actionable insights and inform future strategy
  • Brand Stewardship: Ensure all communications are on-brand, visually stunning, and provide a seamless, high-quality customer experience
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative, Brand, and E-commerce teams to align email strategy with product launches, brand campaigns, and business goals

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, preferably in a DTC e-commerce environment
  • Proven expertise with a major email marketing platform (Klaviyo is a significant plus)
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with reporting on email KPIs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative storyteller with a keen eye for design and copy that converts
  • Data-obsessed and curious, with a passion for testing, learning, and using data to tell a story
  • Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with a bias for action and a problem-solving mindset
  • Passionate about building a community and fostering genuine relationships with customers
